Supermarkets prefer pork that grows fast and stays lean but ultra lean meat is tougher and drier as a result. We guarantee you’ll be able to taste the difference when you try our pork. One of our best selling lines is our own bacon and ham, which is dry cured on site. Try a farmhouse breakfast in the tearoom featuring home produced bacon, sausage and black pudding.

Our master butchers make delicious sausages in more than 20 different varieties. Traditional pork is still our best seller and an ideal breakfast sausage. We produce over a ton of our ever popular sausages each week!

Our famous, award winning pork pies are packed with tasty meat and baked on site. Coming in several varieties they are ideal for an impromptu picnic in the park.
