Award winning Yorkshire chef Tim Bilton has joined our team in The White Bull. Tim uses classical cooking techniques learned while training with Raymond Blanc and developed during his time at The Butchers Arms and The Spiced Pear. Tim is excited about creating amazing food from the excellent farm shop produce available to him at Cannon Hall Farm.

Our Bistro Nights represent the very best of what we have to offer. The finest quality local ingredients, sourced from our farm shop, made into delicious dishes by our skilled chefs.
