A SERIES of food videos has been launched to celebrate the very best food that Cannon Hall Farm has to offer.

Our head chef Tim Bilton – formerly of the Spiced Pear – has been working with our team in the White Bull to create a series of videos that aim to teach our customers how to get the best out of our farm produce.

The minute-long videos (there’s seven in the series) feature the secrets behind our recipes for our most popular breakfast dish (our Eggs Benedict) as well as tips to make gorgeous dishes like our Beef and Asian Slaw or the Perky Pork and Shroom.

The recipes were specially created to showcase the finest produce from our farm shop and aims to give our customers some inspiration on how to get the best out of it.
